Our Vision

To be the leading partner and catalyst for social and economic development among the most vulnerable groups in Zimbabwe and beyond.

We envision communities where every individual, regardless of background or circumstance, has the opportunity, tools, and confidence to build a meaningful livelihood. Rooted in the Founder’s belief that empowerment creates transformation, our vision is centered on:

  • Uplifting vulnerable groups through sustainable, income-generating opportunities

Our Mission

We mobilise and harness the strengths of our diverse communities to participate in and contribute to national economic value-addition. The Adam Molai Foundation exists to turn potential into progress. Our mission is anchored in enabling people, especially the most vulnerable, to become active participants in their own development. We achieve this by:

  • Building the capacity of individuals and households to generate sustainable incomes
  • Strengthening community structures that support enterprise, productivity, and resilience
  • Expanding access to education, nutrition, technology, and practical skills
  • Supporting agricultural and environmental initiatives that secure long-term wellbeing
  • Providing relief and recovery support during crises to restore stability and dignity

Our mission is ultimately about creating pathways  that unlock opportunity, strengthen livelihoods, and build communities that are able to thrive independently.
